Born in Poland and coming to New Orleans by way of Chicago, Mr. Przemek Lubecki brings extensive jury trial experience to his position with Morris Bart, LLC. He has the distinction of having personally tried over 100 jury trials to verdict, and in 2006 was recognized by the Cook County Jury Verdict Reporter for having tried the 2nd-most jury trials in the state of Illinois.
Mr. Lubecki earned his undergraduate degree at Tulane University and his law degree from Loyola University Chicago School of Law. He is committed to public service, and while in law school he coached a public high school mock trial team to 5th place in state competition. Mr. Lubecki is an amateur boxer, and fought in the Chicago Golden Gloves boxing tournament in the light-heavyweight and heavyweight divions between 2005 and 2011.
Mr. Lubecki’s prior legal experience includes insurance defense litigation, plaintiff’s personal injury and medical malpractice, divorce, workers’ compensation, EEOC and criminal cases. He is admitted to practice law in Louisiana and Illinois, and was recently admitted pro hoc vice in Florida in connection with a breach-of-contract business dispute.
