Wynton is an enthusiastic and passionate advocate for his client. Mr. Yates was born and grew up in Atlanta, Georgia but has deep roots in New Orleans. Wynton made his move to New Orleans in 2014 first as a television news reporter with WWL-TV Channel 4. After a career in TV, he pursued a career in advocating for Incarcerated people with the Promise of Justice initiative. Wynton then focused his practice on representing property owners against insurance companies acting in bad faith and representing injured victims in catastrophic personal injury matters. Additionally, Wynton practices entertainment law, film and television, sports law, intellectual property, and copyright and trademark law. He then found himself as an assistant city prosecutor with the City Attorney’s office in Orleans Parish prosecuting DWIs. He currently lives with his wife and two young children in New Orleans, Louisiana. When not advocating for his clients, he enjoys hiking with his family,
