Thelia Jean Eaby earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University and her Juris Doctor degree from Touro College Law Center.
Miss. Eaby joined Morris Bart, LLC, after having practiced law for nearly three decades where her litigation experience encompassed the areas of criminal law, family law, real estate law, successions and estate law, corporate/business law and personal injury law.
Over the years, Miss. Eaby was admitted to the following Courts: the United States Supreme Court (1999), the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit (2006), the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit (1998), the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana (2006) and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (1991).
Miss. Eaby is an active member of the National WWII Museum, the Louisiana Historical Society and the Spirit of ‘ 76 Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
In her leisure time, Miss. Eaby enjoys taking advantage of the many festivals and other events offered throughout the greater New Orleans area, traveling and reading historical non-fiction, as well as murder mysteries.
