Matthew Hemmer

Mr. Hemmer is a native of Fort Mitchell, Kentucky. He graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelor degree in Political Science. He then studied law at Salmon P. Chase College of Law.

While in law school, Mr. Hemmer served as Editor of the Law Review and published two articles on federal law and civil rights. He graduated from law school with Magna Cum Laude honors.

Before joining Morris Bart, LLC, Mr. Hemmer practiced business and construction litigation. He is licensed to practice law in Louisiana, Ohio, and Kentucky.
