Born and raised in Alabama, Mr. Graham graduated from the University of Alabama with a major in Public Relations and minors in English and Political Science. During law school, he interned for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Court of Alabama and assisted with the Court’s pretrial diversion program.
After passing the bar, Mr. Graham immediately began working on behalf of the people of Alabama. Primarily, he represented employees in workplace discrimination cases in front of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama. He is a former member of NELA – Alabama, the Labor & Employment section of the Alabama State Bar, DUIDLA, and the National College of DUI Defense Lawyers. Mr. Graham is also a trained mediator, with many successful mediations to his credit.
Mr. Graham is a member of the Alabama Bar Association and the Alabama Association for Justice. He is admitted to practice in all state courts in Alabama and the Northern and Middle Districts of the U.S. District Courts of Alabama. Mr. Graham has dedicated his career to seeking justice for the people of Alabama. With almost a decade in practice, he has the knowledge and skills to help you.
