Born and raised in New Orleans and a licensed attorney in Louisiana, Shardae Womack has cultivated her life around principles of integrity, character, and an unwavering work ethic. Her professional journey spans diverse sectors, including partnerships with entrepreneurs, non-profits, educational institutions, and law firms, where she has tackled cases ranging from mass tort and personal injury to class actions and successions. Transitioning into private practice, Ms. Womack specialized in Trademark and Business law, offering comprehensive legal solutions encompassing trademarks, business formations, contracts, and strategic counsel.
Ms. Womack earned her Juris Doctorate from Southern University Law Center, where she distinguished herself as a Teaching Assistant, a Civil Rights and Restorative Justice Project legal Fellow, and a legislative Aide/ TLIP fellow for the Texas State House of Representatives. She also served as a law clerk for Crescent Care Health/Aids Law of Louisiana and completed a summer clerkship with the Honorable Paula A. Brown in the Louisiana 4th Circuit Court of Appeal.
Beyond her legal career and entrepreneurial endeavors, Shardae is an esteemed speaker, advocate, and published author of the Amazon International Best Seller, “Aim High: Create A Blueprint to Conquer Your Life.” Additionally, she is the visionary founder of SIAMS, Surely I Am My Sister, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering and uplifting women in their pursuit of education, business, and leadership. When she indulges in self-care, Shardae enjoys shopping, exploring new culinary delights, dancing, and belting out tunes at karaoke nights!
